At R-man, welding of complex pipe structures places high demands on precision and quality. Our welding department is equipped with both robotic welding cells and manual welding, which allows us to adapt to specific needs and requirements. We use a variety of welding methods, including MIG welding, MAG welding, TIG welding as well as soldering, depending on what is to be welded.
All our welders and robot operators are licensed according to SS-EN ISO 9606-1, which ensures high standards and safety in our work.
Materials and Processes
We work with a variety of materials, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and brass. The choice of welding method is based on customer requirements and possibilities for automation. To ensure an accurate welding process, we use WPS (Welding Procedure Specification), and we verify the process by tightness testing or spot check with destructive testing (etching).
