Pipe forming

At PVI R-MAN we offer the most common end forms for the trucking industry and various other types of forms. End forming on pipes, also known as pipe end forming, is a process in which the ends of a pipe are machined to change their shape or dimensions. We work with a variety of materials to meet your specific needs.

At PVI R-MAN we have the following pipe forming processes:

  • Flanging: A process in which the end of the pipe is formed into a flange, which can be used to connect pipes with other components or to create a seal.
  • Expanding: The end of the pipe is expanded to increase the diameter, which is often used to create fitting pipes or couplings.
  • Reducing: The end of the pipe is crimped to reduce the diameter, which is used to connect pipes of different diameters.
  • Cold Forming: Forming the end of the pipe at room temperature to achieve the desired shape without heating the material.
  • Rolling: The end of the pipe is formed using rollers to create specific profiles or dimensions.

Our advanced methods of tube forming ensure that we can deliver high quality results for all types of pipe end forming.
